Mom's first encounter with Audrey was in graduate school - at her house scraping deer hides with obsidian stone tools, then riding home on the subway to West Philadelphia at 11:30 at night covered in deer blood and other goo. Never felt safer on the subway. Audrey has many talents. Besides being mom's best grad school buddy, she does cool archaeology, teaches at University in England, and hand-stitches quilts for the lucky babies of her lucky friends. This one is stunning!! Lucky boy.
